TOSCANA IMPIANTI TECNOLOGIE AMBIENTALI srl – based in Pistoia Province – Italy – was founded in 1990 by a team of technicians and engineers whose experience in dust removal and filtration systems dates back to the early ‘70s.

Toscana Impianti operates in several industrial fields, where there are problems to be solved in relation to dust presence in the working environment, but thanks to its proximity to the Tissue and paper district of Lucca, that is one of the most important in the world, it got a great experience in this field. This gave also the opportunity to extend the knowledge and experience to Trims Removal.

Over the past 20 years, the Company has supplied a huge number of installations for Dust Removal Systems (DRS) and Trims Removal Systems, for production and converting lines, to most of the Italian tissue producers. The experience gained allowed to expand the activity also onto many overseas markets.

Toscana Impianti is proud to have been able to satisfy the strictest requirements, that are imposed to the customers by local laws (dust concentration: 2 mg/m3 in the area of the operator and 1 mg/m3 at the chimney), by supplying high performance systems with proper certification (ATEX 2014/34 / EU for example).

Ibercutting represents Toscana Impianti in Spain, Portugal, and Mexico, assisting clients based on the characteristics of their product, the type of production lines, and their actual needs regarding environmental cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
